Together, we form a full service team in place to help you arrange all the big and small details of your sailing vacation from start to finish. The management team is on site right in Road Town, Tortola in the BVI and have been in the business for over 25 years. They take awesome care of Singing Winds, so she is always in pristine condition and well maintained to give you the sailing vacation you have always dreamed of….

Anyone who has spent much time on a cruising yacht knows that you need to make sure that there is a detailed plan in place for when something might not go as planned. If that should happen, know that our experienced on-site management team has you and your group of family and friends covered.

Our highly qualified team consists of seasoned booking specialists all the way to skilled boat maintenance crew members including riggers, electricians, divers and dock staff. They are all right in the BVI to make sure our yacht is serviced and ready to go for you upon your arrival.

As our charter guest, you will be given a local cell phone, preprogrammed with your assigned team leader’s phone number that you can call directly with any questions, issues or problems you might have with the boat. Your boat team expert will be able to talk you through any issues over the phone 95% of the time. On the rare occasion that your issue can’t be resolved via phone, we will send out our chase boat with a dedicated team of mechanics on board. What’s more, we have the fastest chase boat in the BVI! We even have a mechanic based out of Virgin Gorda who can reach you quickly up in the North Sound, if need be.

Again, the support team is available to you 24 hours a day in case of an emergency. It is good know that help is always available should you need it.
